What You'll Do:
- Formwork layout and installation for foundations, walls, slabs, and structural concrete.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood and metal forms.
- Set up and dismantle forms for pouring concrete.
- Ensure all work meets company and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in concrete carpentry or related construction work.
- Strong understanding of formwork systems (Symons, Peri, etc.).
- Ability to read construction drawings and use basic layout tools.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
