Construction Scheduling Manager

• We are seeking a Construction Scheduler to assist in developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for construction activities. This person will lead scheduling efforts across the entire company and have the opportunity to make a significant impact at an organizational level.
• Candidates required to have commercial construction scheduling responsibilities.
• Primavera P6 required.
• Certification in project scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP) is a plus.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management
• Assist in Developing and update construction schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud or similar tools.
• Assist in Defining project milestones, deliverables, and task dependencies.
• Assist in Track progress and adjust schedules to meet project goals.
• Reporting & Communication
• Provide timely status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct schedule review meetings to address risks and align on timelines.
• Support senior leadership with monthly project status reports.
• Risk mitigation
• Identify schedule risks and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor critical paths to prevent potential delays.
• Training & Support
• Train team members on scheduling tools and best practices.
• Maintain and distribute scheduling documentation.
• Provide mentorship to enhance scheduling proficiency within the team.
