Sales ManagerWhite Cloud Networks, LLC Title: Sales ManagerReports To: Leadership TeamDepartment: SalesFLSA Status: ExemptLocation: Idaho (Travel within service territory required)Wage: $75,000-$85,000 base salary (Target annual earnings $100,000 ) Position SummaryThe Sales Manager is responsible for launching and scaling the entire sales function for White Cloud Networks. The role begins as a full-cycle seller, responsible for all residential, SMB, commercial, and enterprise sales activity. As subscriber growth increases, the Sales Manager will hire and lead a residential field sales team, transitioning residential acquisition away from their own workload. In the next stage, the Sales Manager will hire and oversee commercial/enterprise sales roles, ultimately evolving into a full sales leadership position managing both teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who can sell today and coach tomorrow. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPhase 1 — Full-Cycle Seller (Launch Stage)• Handle inbound and outbound sales across residential, SMB, commercial, and enterprise segments• Directly manage all accounts initially while developing the strategy for residential and commercial acquisition• Build early sales processes, CRM workflows, KPIs, and reporting• Conduct direct selling, presentations, and field engagement across all customer types• Work cross-functionally with COO (Operations), CTO (Network Planning), Controller (Pricing & Margins)• Represent White Cloud Networks at community events, business meetings, and local partnerships Phase 2 — Residential Team Leadership (Scaling Stage)• Hire, train, and manage hourly or 1099 Residential Field Sales Representatives• Transition residential selling responsibilities to the residential sales team• Develop canvassing routes, outreach scripts, and performance metrics for residential acquisition• Continue personally leading commercial and enterprise sales• Coordinate closely with Dispatch, Install Teams, and Customer Support to ensure strong customer onboarding Phase 3 — Commercial Team Leadership (Maturity Stage)• Hire and oversee Commercial/Enterprise BDRs and Account Executives• Transition commercial selling responsibilities to the commercial team• Lead both residential and commercial sales operations, focusing on coaching, training, and performance management• Build territory structures, quota plans, compensation models, and multi-stage sales processes• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and overall departmental KPI performance• Provide strategic input on market expansion, partnerships, and large-scale enterprise opportunities Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required• 3 years of successful telecom, ISP, WISP, fiber, or technology sales experience• Demonstrated full-cycle sales capability with measurable achievements• Strong CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical.
