Are you an RDA looking to transition into administrative work? Are you an outstanding dental front office professional who is committed to excellence? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you. We are expanding our White Center team and we are in need of a motivated individual with savvy customer service skills and a desire to serve. This person will be the first point of contact and will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for all our guests.
This teammate will be responsible for making appointments, managing busy phones, checking patients in and out, collection of co-payments, preparing and presenting treatment plans and understanding and management of insurance benefits. Additional responsibilities include helping to manage the administrative aspects of the office, including marketing and ensuring we are hitting our targets including AR management. Our ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of dental experience, have a fabulous phone voice and communication skills, be dynamic, self motivated, and organized. Excellent base salary plus benefits and performance incentives will be offered.
