Job Description:

The Warehouse Foreman's primary responsibility is to coordinate and schedule the delivery of all materials from the White Castle Headquarters to job sites and other White Castle locations.. This position requires someone with good communication and proper phone etiquette, time management, and attention to detail. The Warehouse Foreman must also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and lead the warehouse crew.

Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Good communication within White Castle & the community
• The ability to listen and understand information without clarification. The Ability to communicate clearly through a variety of channels such as phone, email and in person in order to ensure information is communicated to all necessary parties.

Job Requirements:

• Ensure safety and adjust as needed
• Good attendance, punctuality & reliability
• Manages and coordinates all inbound and outbound products and materials
• Determine quantity, timing and location of all deliveries
• Responsible for a well-organized and clean warehouse and yard facility
• Will be assisting in the maintenance of warehouse inventory
• Responsible for all aspects of shipping, receiving, transfers and dispatching
• Ability to operate all trucks and lifts
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Driver’s License and clean driving record (required)
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to become a leader
• Good Communication skills
• Time Management

Education:

• 3 years warehouse experience (required)
• Practical knowledge of modern warehousing best practices
• Knowledge of roofing materials and equipment (preferred)
• High School Diploma (preferred)
  
  

Job Type: Hourly, non-exempt

Hours/Days: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typical, occasional Saturdays), hours may vary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
