White Castle Roofing is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Outside Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with customers, and takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions.

As a Outside Roofing Sales Representative you will play a key role in developing new business, conducting site inspections, managing customer relationships, and guiding projects from initial contact through completion. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business and generate leads within the community
  • Conduct site inspections and identify customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through project completion
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in person
  • Present project plans and coordinate with team members as needed
  • Meet sales goals through consistent follow-up, organization, and attention to detail
  • Take initiative, solve problems, and contribute to team success

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project scope and prepare accurate bids
  • Review and evaluate cost estimates
  • Apply sales and estimating knowledge to projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans (preferred)
  • Maintain strong organization, prioritization, and time management
  • Report directly to the Sales Leader and follow departmental direction
  • Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and results-driven
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude with willingness to be coached
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
  • Knowledge of construction or building materials (preferred)

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Sales experience preferred

Schedule

Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs).

Travel Requirements

This position may require travel to various job locations, including occasional overnight stays. Travel may occur outside normal business hours. Approved travel expenses will be paid or reimbursed in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Roofing estimating: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Residential Roofing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
