- Supports and conducts basic customer and warranty repairs including documenting with pictures or information. Records information about parts, materials or repair procedures.
- Assists with conducting inspections for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Participates in performing inspections on new construction equipment from the manufacturers.
- Assists with installing Salesman kits on new and used construction equipment.
- Supports the inspection of trade-in units to prepare for sale.
- Participates in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and diesel and gasoline engines.
- Assists in selecting parts needed for estimates and repairs.
- Works with diagnostic tools and laptops to diagnose repairs.
- Generally has 0-2 years of experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Experience with hydraulics and diesel engines.
- Vocational or Technical training preferred.
