Major Tasks, Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities
- Maintains, organizes, and updates project documentation and content to ensure accuracy, version control, and easy accessibility.
- Collaborates with the business to gather, validate, and analyze project information, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource data.
- Prepares detailed status reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid in decision-making and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinates the execution and on-time completion of project milestones by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
- Identifies and communicates project issues, dependencies, and risks. Supports the development of proactive mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Supports resource planning activities by tracking allocations and identifying potential constraints or gaps.
- Fosters effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and expectations.
- Evaluates project management processes, tools, and templates; recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
- Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
- Bilingual
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
- 1 years of experience in project management environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with the capacity to make data-driven suggestions.
