Position Summary

In this role, you will ensure seamless daily clinical operations, monitor resident conditions, maintain regulatory compliance, and support a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Oversight: Coordinate and complete resident admissions and oversee associated clinical documentation.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and provide constructive performance feedback to floor nurses and CNAs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct digital clinical audits within PointClickCare (PCC) to safeguard medical record accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain shift-wide compliance with California Title 22, federal guidelines, and facility policies.
- Care Collaboration: Partner with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to update resident care plans as medical statuses change.
- Licensure: Current, active, and unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certification: Active CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience: Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting is highly preferred.
- Software: Experience utilizing PointClickCare (PCC) for electronic health records and auditing is a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Title 22 long-term care regulations.
