About White Bison Well-being
At White Bison Well-being, we don't do chiropractic like everyone else. We diagnose deep, treat smart, and get people back to their lives. Based in Sandy, Utah, we're a brain-based, performance-focused practice built for high-performers who want real results—not just adjustments. We're growing fast, and we need someone ready to build with us, not just show up.
Here's the Deal
Dr. Arrington knows how to find the problem and fix it. You're the one who executes the system that makes it repeatable, scalable, and bulletproof. Think Watson meets clinical strategist.
We're launching Rapid Regen—our next-level soft tissue regeneration protocol. The equipment arrives in a month. But the real work starts now: building treatment protocols, documenting systems, training, creating rapport with patients and preparing clinical operations so we don't just have cool machines—we have predictable, evidence-backed outcomes.
Who We're Looking For
We need a clinical thinker who sees a process and immediately starts asking "how do we make this better?" You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, learn fast, and build as you go. You've got a clinical background, strong anatomy and physiology knowledge, and the systems mindset to turn Dr. Arrington's expertise into repeatable, documented protocols.
You're detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about getting people real results. Sound like you?
