Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare interior surfaces for painting (patching, sanding, caulking, priming)
- Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and adjacent surfaces
- Match colors and finishes accurately
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety procedures and proper material handling
- Communicate progress and issues with project leads or homeowners
- Meet project timelines while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Professional, respectful attitude in occupied homes
- High School Diploma
Preferred (but not required)
- Interior Painting Experience
- College Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
