The right candidate will have:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within an MSP environment
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking and troubleshooting methodologies
• Familiarity with RMM tools, Professional Services Automation software, and remote support technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high quality support

Our Support Specialist will:

• Provide remote technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor and manage client IT environments using remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
• Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to higher-level support when necessary
• Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of client environments, support activities, and issue resolutions
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices for IT support
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT support and managed services
