We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting client relationships, coordinating communication, and assisting with the tax preparation process while helping create an excellent client experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation, appointments, and tax return updates
- Track the status of client tax returns and ensure timely follow-up
- Prepare and organize final tax return packages for delivery
- Greet clients in person and provide a welcoming office experience
- Assist with scheduling client meetings and maintaining calendars
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Experience in an office, administrative, or client service role preferred
- Tax office or financial services experience is a plus
Position Details
- In-person position located in Bluffton, SC
- Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Full-time preferred
