What You'll Do

As an Assistant Operations Manager, you'll work alongside our Operations Manager to lead the store's daily operations.

You'll learn how to:

• Lead shifts with confidence
• Coach and encourage team members
• Maintain exceptional guest experiences
• Produce our fresh frozen custard
• Oversee product quality
• Manage inventory and deliveries
• Help prepare new stores and major events
• Solve problems before they become problems
• Protect and strengthen our company culture

You'll spend plenty of time serving guests—but you'll spend just as much time developing people.

Schedule & Compensation

• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Salary: $40,000-$49,000 annually
