Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage team members by providing coaching, training, and development to enhance their performance and customer service skills
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and register management with accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing potential new team members and onboarding processes.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, management, or supervisory roles with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of retail math and POS systems.
- Experience with employee orientation, training & development, and interviewing techniques.
- Familiarity with retail store operations including cashiering, stock management, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
