We are opening our third location in Middle TN in June 2026! It will be located in Murfreesboro, TN, on Veterans Parkway. You will be expected to drive to and train in our Spring Hill and/or Franklin locations as soon as you are hired and will transition to the Murfreesboro location once we open for business.

At a high level, what we need from you:
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and perform closing duties of the store
- Scheduling/staffing to appropriate levels
- Maintaining appropriate shift coverage
- Protect team members and guests by providing a safe and clean store environment – exceeding all health department standards
- Product quality/integrity/operational excellence
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all standards set by ownership (e.g. serving firm/fresh custard)
- Professional approach to work with openness to learning new things and accepting feedback
- Communicate with potential applicants, interview, onboard, and train all new team members
- Perform inventory counts and product stock management
Necessities:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work various shifts each week, including weekends
- 3 years of work experience required
- 1 years of management experience required
- 1 years of food service management/QSR management required
