We are seeking a teachable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights as necessary including, bending, standing, walking up and down stairs, and kneeling at times.
