We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage reservations
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding services offered, ensuring a high level of customer support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with grooming and kennel areas to ensure efficient office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and record management.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable around animals.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in customer service is highly desirable.

Pay: $14.33 - $18.00 per hour
