We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Daycare Teacher/Driver to join our vibrant childcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a daycare setting, promoting their social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and creativity for preschoolers and toddlers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Safely transport children to and from the daycare facility, school activities, or field trips using designated transportation methods.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures when necessary.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Support classroom management strategies that foster positive behavior and respectful interactions among children.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in childcare.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to handle emergencies confidently.
- Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to safely operate transportation vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards.
