Love to clean? Turn your passion into a paycheck! We are searching for a highly skilled, diligent residential cleaner who takes pride in their work. The residential cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior of 11 condo buildings and the community clubhouse. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces, as well as tidying up spaces. To be successful as a residential cleaner, you should have great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a dedication to excellence.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the overall physical appearance of the community including common areas and interior elements. Responsibilities include monitoring appearance of the property.
This is a W2 position, all supplies will be provided. We embrace a culture of taking care of each other, so we can best take care of our community.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
CONDO’S WEEKLY:
- Clean Entry Doors – Clean all glass, windowsills and door handles inside and out.
- Vacuum all the hallways and stairs.
- Clean stairwell railings with disinfectant cleaning solution.
- Clean all baseboards in hallways and stairs.
- Clean cobwebs in stairwells and around entry doors.
- Dust light fixtures.
- Spot clean walls as needed.
LAUNDRY ROOMS – WEEKLY:
- Sweep and mop floors
- Remove trash
- Wipe down washers and dryers
- Clean utility sinks
CLUBHOUSE, PARTY ROOM, POOL AREA – MONDAY’S & FRIDAY’S
- Clen and disinfect sinks, toilets and urinals
- Refill soap, paper towels and toilet paper
- Mop all floors with disinfectant cleaning solution and water
- Empty all trash bins
- Wipe down gym equipment
- Mop pool deck as needed
- Clean interior and exterior windows surrounding the clubhouse
- Clean all door handles with disinfectant
- Vacuum clubhouse – complete weekly
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Time-Off requests must be requested with advance notification.
Physical Abilities, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements:
Extensive mobility and excellent physical condition.
- Use all equipment and chemicals in a safe manner.
- Follow written directions when using chemicals and ensure they are used safely.
- Ability to kneel, crouch, etc.
- Ability to drive to and from the property.
- Tolerance to extremes of hot and cold weather, as may be necessary going from building to building.
- Written and verbal communication skills. Positive, innovative approach to problem solving. Presents ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner; negotiate, persuade, and modify position in order to reach the goals/objectives of the organization.
- Ability to relate well with others and to work in an organized efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to exercise judgment, and to set priorities, and to cope with competing demands is critical to success.
- Excellent time-management and general organizational skills.
Transportation: Must have dependable vehicle.
Must provide proof of liability insurance and Valid Driver’s License.
Education: High school Diploma
Compensation: Hourly
Pay: $19.29 per hour
