Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D.) in a relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for solving complex technical or operational challenges
• Availability to work on-site in Crossville or Nashville, TN
