We are seeking an energetic and motivated General Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a cohesive team
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations through regular inspections
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
- Conduct shift management duties including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and shift reports
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Skilled in supervising staff training, development, and team leadership
- Proficient in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experienced with cash handling
- Deep understanding of food safety management and food handling protocols
- Ability to analyze profit & loss statements, manage budgets, and perform cost control measures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Experience in managing hospitality teams within diverse settings such as hotel or banquet environments is a plus
- Basic math skills for inventory control, pricing strategies, and financial analysis
