The Role: Cook
As a Cook, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that every guest receives a meal that meets our high standards for quality and flavor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Culinary Prep: Prepare fresh ingredients—including cutting meats, chopping vegetables, and making signature sauces—according to recipes and specifications.
• Order Execution: Prioritize and execute guest orders quickly and accurately, ensuring every dish is plated to ‘Que’s standards and table orders are completed together.
• Inventory & Safety: Follow proper labeling, storage, and FIFO procedures. You will stock and organize inventory, put away deliveries, and maintain required daily kitchen logs.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and food safety guidelines.

• Experience & Reliability: You are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
