As a bartender at Whiskero, you’ll be the heartbeat of the bar, guiding guests through our curated whiskey selections and handcrafted cocktails, all while creating an atmosphere that encourages genuine conversation and unforgettable nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience with personalized, attentive, and friendly service.
- Craft high-quality cocktails with precision, consistency, and creativity, following Whiskero’s signature recipes and seasonal menus.
- Educate guests on whiskey profiles and recommend pairings or custom cocktails based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area at all times.
- Uphold all TABC laws and safety protocols to ensure a responsible and safe environment.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive vibe where guests feel at home.
- Support events, tastings, and activations that highlight our mission to “Celebrate Life, Sip by Sip.”
- Contribute ideas to improve service, drink menus, or bar operations — we value your input.
