Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of shipping and loading team members, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment.
- Manage daily shipping and loading operations, ensuring efficient workflow, proper scheduling, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and communicate delivery schedules in collaboration with Sales and Manufacturing teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Coordinate loading activities by working closely with the Plant Manager to meet manufacturing timelines in a cost-effective manner.
- Address and resolve shipping issues or delays promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
