We’re hiring a part-time Business Development Associate to help start conversations with potential clients and schedule meetings for our sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and business development inside a growing marketing agency.
No prior sales experience required — we provide training, scripts, and lead lists.
The role begins in-office for training, with the potential to work remotely once fully trained and comfortable in the role.
What You’ll Do
- Call and email potential business clients
- Start conversations with decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow structured outreach scripts and processes
- Track outreach and notes in HubSpot CRM
- Work toward daily outreach and meeting goals
