We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Lead (English/Spanish) to take ownership of our sales process and drive revenue at our dealership.
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to ownership and a clear path to grow into a leadership position as the company scales.

- Own and follow up with inbound leads (calls, texts, online chat, CRM)
- Generate your own leads through social media, networking, and community outreach
- Manage and track performance using CRM tools
- Work directly with in-store customers to find the right vehicle financing
- Guide customers through the full sales process — from first contact to approval to keys in hand
- Track pipeline, conversions, performance and consistently close deals
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 1 year of sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proven ability to follow up consistently, convert leads, and close deals while upselling effectively
- Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Comfortable working leads via phone, text, and CRM systems
- Organized with strong follow-through and pipeline management
- Leadership mindset with desire to grow into a key role
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus (not required)
- Lead Management & Customer Engagement

- Build rapport and match customers with the right vehicle
- Generate additional leads through social media, referrals, and networking
2. Sales & Conversion
- Own the full process: inquiry → approval → delivery
- Present options and financing clearly and confidently
- Convert leads, secure commitments (down payments), and close deals
- Upsell customers into the right vehicle and payment
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
3.Financing & Documentation
- Assist with credit applications and approvals
- Collect required documents and move deals forward efficiently
- Explain financing terms in a clear, straightforward way
4.Performance & Growth
- Track pipeline, follow-ups, and performance through CRM
- Work directly with ownership to improve sales and operations
