Responsibilities
Technical Service
- Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
- Participate in manufacturer and safety training; adhere to all safety policies.
- Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate existing HVAC systems and comfort needs.
- Educate homeowners on product offerings including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.
- Deliver persuasive, informative presentations highlighting benefits, financing options, and installation timelines.
- Prepare accurate proposals and guide customers through decision-making.
- Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the service and sales process.
- Track activities and progress using CRM software.
- Generate leads through service calls, referrals, and company-provided resources.
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Share customer insights with management to improve service and sales strategies.
- 2–5 years HVAC service experience; Must have EPA and/or RMGA
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
