What You Will Do
- Hunt and close new customer logos across studios and distributors, leveraging your deep and wide network in the media and entertainment industry. Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close).
- Meet and/or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers (executives, buyers, agency leads) and turn product value into strategic advantage.
- Use deep industry knowledge to understand market trends, customer pain, business value, and competitive landscape.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Prepare board meeting presentations, MOR reports, report on sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and use data to improve your process.
- Be resourceful: solve problems independently, work around blockers, and drive deals forward even when things are messy.
What You Will Bring:
- 7 years of successful SaaS sales experience; selling into media, entertainment, streaming, agencies, publishers, etc.
- Proven track record as a “hunter” — new business, outbound, finding and closing deals.
- Great executive communicator — you can tell a story, pitch value to Heads of Licensing, Distribution, Content Operations, Finance, and CTO leaders, respond to objections, and build trust quickly.
- Data-driven mindset: use metrics, pipelines, forecasts, and customer feedback to sharpen your approach.
- Scrappy and adaptable: you can make things work even when resources are limited.
- Customer-focused: you care about customer success, long-term relationships, not just the immediate sale.
- Friendly, energetic, empathetic — team player who lifts others up.
- Experience with enterprise or large-scale deals.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, outreach automation tools, etc. Comfortable using AI and AI tools in day-to-day work to accelerate and increase productivity.
- Understanding of content licensing, streaming business models, or entertainment technology.

Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
