Now that we are getting busier, we are hiring for our Car Wash Team Member position. The position does require working on the weekends and is mostly outside.

Whip Clean is a brand-new, high-end car wash that recently opened in Gaithersburg, Maryland. We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while producing a clean, shiny vehicle—quickly and consistently.

What You’ll Do
As a Whip Clean Team Member, you’ll be hands-on in delivering a fast, high-quality wash experience:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, professional attitude
- Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
- Clean and finish vehicles (vacuuming, windows, drying, detailing touches)
- Ensure every vehicle leaves clean, shiny, and customer-ready
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility
- Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working around moving vehicles and wet conditions
