WHIMJOY is a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand based in Greenville, SC, founded in 2023. We specialize in colorful, joy-inspired jewelry and are best known for our interchangeable charm necklace system. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starting Operations Coordinator to join our team!
Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Operations Coordinator at WHIMJOY. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing jewelry brand — from managing purchase orders to keeping our Shopify store updated and running smoothly.
Responsibilities include managing and tracking POs with vendors, listing new products and uploading photos to the website, placing inventory and supply orders, and supporting general operations tasks as the business scales. This position
contributes directly to keeping the brand moving so we can focus on what we do best — creating jewelry people love.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, Shopify experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a follow-through mentality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led business.
- Must be located in the Eastern time zone.
This is a part-time, remote position with a flexible schedule at 15–20 hours per week. Compensation is $20/hour plus a discretionary bonus based on sales performance. Team members also receive an employee discount on all WHIMJOY products.
