- Oversee prep, production, and execution with high standards for quality, detail, and consistency
- Ensure accurate recipe adherence, portion control, and plating consistency
- Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor communication
- Create and manage weekly schedules; support efficient labor planning
- Coach, mentor, and lead a small team within a positive, growth-minded, wellness-aligned culture
- Collaborate seamlessly with F&B leadership, spa management, and service teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
- Proven experience leading BOH operations in a health-forward or similar kitchen
- Strong culinary skills with an eye for quality, detail, and presentation
- Familiarity with seasonal, clean-ingredient cuisine
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
