Position Overview
Whidbey Island Landscaping is seeking Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to perform daily maintenance services across residential and HOA properties.
This role operates as part of a structured team and is responsible for consistent, high-quality field execution.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and general cleanup
- Complete assigned properties as part of a daily route
Service Delivery; Quality Control
- Maintain a clean, professional standard of work at each property
- Follow established procedures and direction from leadership
- Assist in identifying property issues or maintenance needs
Systems; Documentation
- Utilize Jobber for basic time tracking and job documentation
- Assist with before/after photo documentation as required
Equipment; Worksite Maintenance
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, trucks, and tools
Qualifications
- Landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation; Schedule
- $22 per hour
- Full-time position
- Consistent schedule with seasonal overtime available
- All equipment and tools provided
- Opportunity to advance into a Driver/Crew Lead role or transition into the Installation division based on performance
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
