Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of customer contact, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Prepare quality finished products (waffles, bowlwiches, cookies, ice cream, etc.) efficiently per recipe manual standards.
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and nutritional information to effectively engage with customers and answer questions.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
