3rd Shift Direct Care Staff - Weekday
Location: Mountain Rest, SC, 29664
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Direct Care Staff. In this role, you will provide essential overnight supervision and support to our students, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering a positive and structured environment. This is a vital role in maintaining the continuity of care and the overall stability of our program.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10:30 pm to 8:30 am
Pay: $15.25 - $17.54
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision of students during overnight hours, ensuring their safety and security.
- Conduct regular rounds and document student activity and any significant events.
- Assist students with their morning routines as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Implement and adhere to program policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members regarding student needs and observations.
- Respond appropriately to any emergencies or behavioral situations.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere for students.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Love working with children
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with youth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
