Responsibilities
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures
- Delegate daily tasks and oversee Team Member performance
- Support store leadership with operational and sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, bin flips, and inventory organization
- Coach, motivate, and support Team Members throughout each shift
- Ensure all departments are operating efficiently during business hours
- Communicate effectively with leadership and staff regarding store priorities
- Help maintain a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
- Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Previous retail leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
