Where Ya Bin does this by purchases overstock merchandise from major retailers, sends this merchandise to store's, and sells it on a descending pricing model. This creates an exciting, high-volume shopping experience while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store success by leading day-to-day operations by ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed.
- Maintaining professional presence on the sales floor while actively supporting staff and customer.
- Ensure all bins are properly flipped, cleaned, stocked and staged according to company standards.
- Creation of schedules, approving timesheets, and uploading hours worked for payroll.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Complete all reporting requirement.
- Keep employee records up to date and accurate.
- Proactively identify and report facility maintenance or repairs needed.
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
- Ensure all required marketing deliverables are completed and submitted on time each week.
- Ability to adapt quickly, think on their feet, and communicate effectively with their team.
- Proven experience in retail management or multi-unit leadership preferred.
- Strong operational and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage schedules, labor budgets, and payroll accurately.
- Comfortable working a hands-on, physically active role on the sales floor.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, Logistics, Marketing, and Senior Leadership.
- Willingness to work required hours, including Fridays, Thursdays, and weekends.
- Proficient with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications.
