Residential Painter

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure smooth paint adhesion
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools
• Maintain safety standards on job sites by handling scaffolding, ladders, , and other tools responsibly

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential painting with knowledge of construction site procedures and safety protocols
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless paint spraying equipment
• Experience with plastering, stucco application, restoration work, masonry, or industrial painting is a plus
• Strong understanding of renovation processes
• Ability to work efficiently on construction sites with good physical stamina and attention to detail
