We’re Hiring: Voter Registration Quality Control Manager (Part-Time)

When We Mobilize is hiring a Voter Registration Quality Control Manager to support a large-scale, nonpartisan voter registration program across Detroit, Wayne County, and surrounding communities.
Our teams are out in the community—at public locations, events, and high-traffic areas—helping eligible residents register to vote. This role ensures that all voter registration forms collected in the field are accurate, complete, and compliant with state requirements.
Compensation & Schedule
$23–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Weekly pay
Part-time role (up to 30 hours per week)
Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends as needed)
Seasonal role: May – October 2026
What You’ll Do
- Review completed voter registration forms for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all submissions meet Michigan voter registration laws and compliance standards
- Identify and flag errors or incomplete forms before submission
- Track daily and weekly quality metrics and report trends to leadership
- Provide feedback to canvassers and field staff to improve data quality
- Maintain organized records of reviewed and submitted forms
- Support training efforts by reinforcing best practices for voter registration

Qualifications
