Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and other office software to maintain organized records
- Assist with filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Support calendar management and scheduling for meetings and appointments using digital tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment to promote productivity and professionalism
- Order landscaping materials for on going jobs
- Invoicing clients
Experience
- Prior experience in an office setting or administrative role is highly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Experience in customer service roles or as a receptionist.
- Experience with calendar management, filing systems, and phone etiquette.
