JOB SUMMARY
Data Entry of documents/records in a deadline-driven environment using Software and other applications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Accurately, efficiently, and timely data entry
- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails
- Monitor orders coming via email or other applications
- Prepare/Print/Scan documents, Prepare for dispatch, statuses and Mailings
- Other duties that may be assigned
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must be reliable and accountable for completing daily tasks
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be organized
- Able to take instructions and execute promptly
- Must have good written and oral skills
- Problem-solving
- Quick Learner
- Detail Oriented
- Self motivated
- Knowledge of working on PC - Mac is a plus!
- Legal Industry Experience is a plus!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Minimum one year telephone customer service experience
- Computer and Data Entry skills including pdf, Internet Searches, eMail
- Professional phone and eMail etiquette
- Written communication: proper writing and grammar skills a must (letters, memos, sentence structure)
- Entry Level Paralegal welcome
Salary: Hourly - Based on experience
Job Type: Full-time (9:00 am - 5:30 pm)

- Customer Service Skills: 1 years
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Background Check: Be able to pass Live scan
- Work authorization: United States (Required)
