What will you do?

• Follow all rules of racing and applicable racing policies
• Maintain the condition of the rheostat and other mechanical devices used in lure operation, ensuring proper maintenance of the mechanical lure system, rail, and associated parts
• Conduct morning schooling sessions as required, and inspect the lure rail before each performance to ensure no objects obstruct the lure motor
• Report any mechanical problems with the lure system, and retrieve paperwork from the racing office for the judges
• Perform as a team member and assist fellow team members to ensure smooth operation

More about you

• Greyhound racing experience is preferred but not required
• No experience or degree required

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds to assist in changing the lure motor when needed
