What will you do?
- Follow all rules of racing and applicable racing policies
- Maintain the condition of the rheostat and other mechanical devices used in lure operation, ensuring proper maintenance of the mechanical lure system, rail, and associated parts
- Conduct morning schooling sessions as required, and inspect the lure rail before each performance to ensure no objects obstruct the lure motor
- Report any mechanical problems with the lure system and retrieve paperwork from the racing office for the judges
- Perform as a team member and assist fellow team members to ensure smooth operation
More about you
- Greyhound racing experience is preferred but not required
- No experience or degree required
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds to assist in changing lure motor when needed
