Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable part time Weekend Key Holders and Sales Associates to help our operations at our suburban Philadelphia locations, including our Ardmore, Westchester and Wayne locations, as well as in Center City. Specific needs are for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for collectors, hobbyists, and new customers, while helping educate customers and maintaining the store appearances. The ideal candidate has an understanding of the sports card industry, excellent customer service skills, and experience in retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers with card purchases, grading inquiries, consignment, and product recommendations while delivering excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Events & Community Engagement: Help organize in-store events and trade nights to engage with the collector community and boost sales.
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion and knowledge of current sports cards and collectibles
- Previous experience in a retail setting (sports card or hobby shop experience preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of sports cards, collectibles, and grading processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems.
