Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow all safety protocols and safety procedures with company policies.
- Assist with basic service and inspection of rental and low-maintenance equipment.
- Wash and clean equipment returned from job sites.
- Roll, inspect, and service gas hoses, ducting, and other bulk items used in heating and environmental control systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and shop environment.
- Perform general upkeep tasks such as sweeping, organizing inventory, and disposing of waste materials.
- Help load and unload equipment for same-day or next-day deliveries.
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured and documented for transport.
- Assist in the installation and teardown of heaters and other equipment at job sites.
- Support field crews as needed.
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Commitment to following all safety compliance rules and regulations.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and working in outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and after hours as needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous yard, warehouse, or equipment rental experience is a plus.
- Forklift certification or mechanical aptitude is an asset.
