- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Set performance goals and conduct weekly 1:1 evaluations to monitor progress.

- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in sales management or equipment rental are advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, within the equipment rental industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the heavy equipment and general tool rental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
