Job Purpose
Provide timely and accurate posting of invoices into the accounting system for vendor payment.
Duties And Responsibilities

Description
Job Purpose
Provide timely and accurate posting of invoices into the accounting system for vendor payment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices
- Code non-PO invoices to correct accounts
- Obtain buyer invoice approvals
- Ensure monthly statements are cleared and any issues are resolved
- Follow up with purchasers about PO variances
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers (both internal and external)
- As needed, complete vendor credit applications and work with legal to have them signed
- As needed, add new vendors to AP system
- Weekly payment batches, prepare Demand checks
- Monthly AR Refund check run
- Match bank distributions to activity in Business Central
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Work safely in all aspects of position
- Experience processing and posting Accounts Payable (1 year)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to meet deadlines
