We are looking for a motivated Tire & Wheel Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, enjoys working on custom vehicles, and wants to grow their skills in the aftermarket automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Mount and balance passenger, truck, and specialty tires
- Install aftermarket wheels and tires
- Perform tire rotations, repairs, and inspections
- Use tire mounting equipment and wheel balancing equipment properly
- Perform road force balancing (experience preferred)
- Install lift kits, lowering springs, spacers, and basic suspension components (experience preferred)
- Assist with custom wheel installations and vehicle builds
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Provide quality workmanship while protecting customer vehicles
Qualifications:
- Previous tire and wheel experience required
- Experience with aftermarket wheels and larger tires preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to safely lift, mount, and handle wheels and tires
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company
Preferred Experience:
- Aftermarket wheels and tires
- Low-profile and oversized tires
- Wheel repair or wheel refinishing knowledge
- Suspension installation
- Alignment experience
- Custom vehicle builds
