Responsibilities

• Perform routine facilities maintenance including painting, landscaping, and general repairs to park amenities and structures
• Conduct power washing of pedal boats and docks weekly
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Ensure safety standards are met during all repair activities, including proper use of tools and equipment
• Support customer service efforts by addressing visitor inquiries related to park facilities and safety

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Hands-on experience with painting
• Ability to organize duties and schedule
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interactions
