Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-end passenger car sales by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and demonstrating features effectively.
- Negotiate deals confidently using strong sales negotiation skills to close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent communication skills, B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies, and personalized service.
- Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate inventory control.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and manage the sales process seamlessly.
- Present automotive financing options clearly to help customers make informed purchasing decisions while upselling additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive or retail sales, with a strong background in customer service preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective deal closing and upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, public speaking, and client communication abilities.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline.
- Knowledge of automotive financing options and inventory management processes is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM software and sales support tools to streamline client interactions and track progress efficiently.
