Job Summary:
Wheaton Village is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Wheaton, IL. The Maintenance Assistant will work with the Maintenance Director to assist in maintaining, repairing and improving our facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Works closedly with and follows the directions from the Maintenance Director.
- Maintains and repairs basic functions as determined by the Director.
- Maintains the building and grounds in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
- Takes care of the tools and equipment.
- Performs other duties as requested.
